Automotive testing Bundle

Trust your testing

Used by almost every car manufacturer on earth.

Our products are built to deliver accurate ground truth data for reliable, repeatable automotive testing.

Whether on the proving ground or testing on the open road, the automotive testing feature bundles enable you to get the data you need, in the format you need it, with minimal effort.

OXTS

Automotive testing bundle

The automotive testing bundle optimises your OXTS GNSS/INS with the following features:

Vehicle Dynamics POIs Output

Enables output of velocity, acceleration, slip angle, and track angle for up to 8 configurable points of interest on a vehicle.

(code #2)

ABD Robot Interface

Enables Ethernet communication between a device and AB Dynamics robots.

(code #4)

Surface Tilt Output

Enables output of vehicle pitch and roll relative to the gradient of the road surface.

(code #5)

Filtered Accelerations Output

Enables output of angular-rate and linear acceleration measurements with user-defined filters to reduce noise.

(code #8)

gx/ix GNSS Tight-Coupling

Enables the use of gx/ix GNSS tight-coupling engine up to integer position mode (~1cm accuracy) in real time and post-process.

(code #21,22, 61)

Extended Measurements Output

Enables output of navigation data in ISO 8855 and OXTS horizontal coordinate frames, as well as track, slip, and curvature.

(code #27)

Enhanced automotive testing bundle

If you need to handle more complex testing scenarios and environments, the enhanced automotive testing bundle is idealIt includes RT-Range for vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-lane measurements, and features suited for vehicle dynamics and open-road validation.

The enhanced automotive testing bundle includes everything in the automotive testing bundle, plus the following:

gPTP

Give time to, or take time from, an OXTS INS via gPTP.

(code #64)

High data rate output

Collect data at 250 Hz.

(code #31)

UDP GNSS Differential Corrections

Share a single correct source between multiple devices by transmitting differential corrections over UDP.

(code #32)

Raw data streaming

Stream raw data (RD) files to an external device for easier post-processing post-mission.

(code #34)

RT-Range Hunter V2V

Enables the INS to perform the role of “Hunter vehicle” for vehicle-to-vehicle scenarios in RT-Range.

(code #53)

RT-Range Hunter V2L

Enables the INS to perform the role of “Hunter vehicle” for vehicle-to-lane scenarios in RT-Range.

(code #54)
