Open road testing bundle

Take testing beyond the track

Validating the performance of your ADAS/AD driving systems on public roads requires a solution that provides reliable and accurate data in varying GNSS conditions.

From open skies to highways, urban canyons to tunnels, this feature bundle protects the powerful accuracy and solid reliability of OXTS hardware when GNSS signal is unreliable.

It also supports simple synchronisation of your testing stack, enabling PTP and gPTP synchronisation between your OXTS GNSS/INS and other devices on the network.

OXTS

Open road testing bundle

The open road testing bundle optimises your OXTS GNSS/INS with the following features:

Filtered Accelerations Output

Enables output of angular-rate and linear acceleration measurements with user-defined filters to reduce noise.

(code #8)

PTP

Enables operation as a PTP master or slave/client in a network using the PTP IEEE 1588-2008 standard.

(code #12)

CAN acquisition

Enables logging of external data on the device via the CAN bus.

(code #20)

gx/ix GNSS Tight-Coupling

Enables the use of gx/ix GNSS tight-coupling engine up to integer position mode (~1cm accuracy) in real time and post-process.

(code #21,22, 61)

Raw Data Streaming

Enables real time streaming of raw data (RD) files for logging on an external device.

(code #34)

gPTP

Enables operation as a gPTP master or slave/client in a network using the IEEE 802.1AS or AUTOSAR standards.

(code #64)

Note that external power is required to use the highest-grade GNSS antenna that OXTS offers (VEXXIS 850) with the xNAV650, AV200 and RT1003v2.

Optimise and customise
